Complaints procedure for Adult Education courses
If you have any complaints relating to the adult education course you should use the following procedure.
1. In the first instance speak to your tutor
2. Should the matter not be satisfactorily resolved you should raise the matter verbally or in writing with the Chief Executive.

3. Should you not be satisfied with this decision, you should send a written statement setting out the problem to the chairperson at the above address, who will arrange for your grievance or concern to be considered.
The decision will be final and will be confirmed in writing to you as soon as possible.
